Our research capability is based at our head office in Beaconsfield, UK and in Valencia, Spain giving us access to considerable language capability and cultural empathy across EMEA. We hire and train our own researchers, providing them with superb exposure to world class business process and give them clear and compelling career development options. For this reason our young and highly motivated team achieve high quality results in compressed timescales that are the envy of the industry.

Research Process Outsourcing (RPO)
The initial identification of talent is a crucial step in any recruitment process, but increasingly we are seeing the need for flexibility around the management and deployment of this talent, post identification. Our RPO solution provides clients with an ongoing variety of Talent against all planned and reactive hiring, across all managerial and executive opportunities:
- We have full time dedicated research teams based at our office, some of whom will spend time on client site to address a full portfolio of client needs
- This can cover all EMEA geographies and functional areas and typically run for a 6-12 month duration
By providing talent pools (and in effect long-lists) on an ongoing basis for our client, this allows for extraordinary productivity from the internal recruitment and HR teams, who benefit from this difficult and time consuming aspect of the process being reliably delivered to them.
These talent pools of data can then be taken forward in a number of ways:
- We pass the data to our client for review and assessment and all next steps are handled by our client
- We can approach and pre-screen each talent pool, passing on a 'shortlist' to an internal recruitment team
- We can subsequently provide full service selection, assessment and
consultancy in line with our more established recruitment processes
Talent pool creation on a project basis
Our Talent Pool creation service uses the same research-based approach as our executive search service, with the same degree of service flexibility to follow the identification of talent. The simple difference being that the service is applied on a project basis rather than RPO, against a more specific set of agreed criteria.
Timescales usually span 1-3 months.

Market Data analysis and Competitor mapping
Our proven ability to collate such concentrated and high quality volumes of research provides accurate and hugely valuable comparative data in areas such as salary benchmarking, competitor mapping and the validation of a recruitment proposition, based on real time feedback. This service, due to the sensitive and potentially market changing information is only available to existing clients for whom have appropriate contracts and 'off limits' arrangements in place.
