The Board Practice is led by one of the company’s founders who has over 15 years executive search experience within the technology industry.

The Gillamor Stephens team has the business awareness and functional knowledge combined with the cultural sensitivity to recognise the unique requirements of each client. We have expertise in board level hiring across the spectrum from Venture Capital and Private Equity backed businesses, UK listed companies and the European subsidiaries of American corporations.

The Gillamor Stephens research driven executive search processes are rigorous and effective enabling us to identify and gain access to the outstanding executives internationally.

We provide clients with true insight and perspective on the suitability of candidates through the combination of the competency based interview techniques of our search practitioners combined with the latest ability and assessment techniques utilised by our Business Psychologist, Patricia Mallet. The hiring process is de-risked by using a range of techniques that help provide a greater certainty about an individual’s future performance and behaviour in a role.

The first months of any new leadership role are key in determining their success. Through our network of specialist executive coaches which includes Jericho Partners, we provide coaching to leaders transitioning into their new role, helping them achieve results and success more quickly.
