About Air Semiconductor
Air Semiconductor is a fabless semiconductor company developing location solutions for battery operated, mobile consumer devices including cellphones, digital cameras, portable media players, laptops, digital watches, etc.
Their ground-breaking Always-On™ GPS technology will enable mobile devices to be continuously aware of their location for the first time. Rather like a real time clock (RTC) provides almost every electronic device with continuous awareness of the time, our technology will provide all mobile electronic devices with a continuous awareness of their location. Air Semiconductor has been selected as a Red Herring 100 Europe 2008 company.
The Role
The Air Semiconductor management team has exceptional technical pedigree and this is now matched with a strong VC committed to supporting the business through growth to a market dominant position.
Air were seeking to complement this team with a high calibre CEO, who could set and execute a clear plan for business and commercial success, maximising the immediate and longterm market opportunities. This role represents a rare and compelling career opportunity.
