The Project
Gillamor Stephens were retained through 2007 to build a pool of talent from which C&W could hire Executive level professionals, primarily in Sales and Operations, but on an international basis.
We built a Talent pool of over 500 executives from across various industry sectors, from which we subsequently made 8 Director level appointments. These included the Head of EMEA, Head of Asia Pac, International Sales Director, Head of Customer Services, Director of Public Sector and Business Development Director EMEA. In building the Talent pool we were able to provide a wealth of data to allow informed recruitment decisions to be made and candidate collateral to be modified. We also left a positive impression about C&W with a large and influential audience. Our partnership continues into 2008.
