Cambridge Semiconductor (CamSemi) is a fabless semiconductor company developing a new generation of high-voltage integrated circuits, incorporating high performance power transistors and control electronics on a single silicon chip.

 

Products will offer system cost and performance advantages over current solutions and will be manufactured using established processes at semiconductor foundries.

 

The investors include 3i, Scottish Equity Partners, TTP Ventures, Oddysey Ventures and Cambridge University.

 

Following CamSemi's A-round funding they needed to bring an experienced business and commercial leader to join the executive team.
