Alliances Director, EMEA

We are working to appoint a European Alliances Director on behalf of a high-growth, cloud-based, SaaS software start-up.

Our client’s software is an industry first, enabling Fortune 500 customers to solve a previously neglected issue, allowing them to make substantial savings and comply with incoming financial regulations. The business has recently secured funding of over $30m from PE investors and is looking to scale internationally.

Key to this growth is the hiring of a European Alliance Director who will be responsible for driving the revenue growth and profit performance of the business in EMEA through driving demand creation with alliance partners, developing the alliances and partnerships strategy, increasing market share against the competition, contributing to the overall strategy and thought leadership of the business and supporting the company to realise its full market potential.

Key Experience:

  • Significant experience and a performance track record of successfully delivering profitable revenue growth through managing an alliances and partnerships programme, ideally within a business accounting software environment
  • Highly experienced in defining, developing and implementing the alliances and partnerships strategy, the alliances and partnerships sales model and the alliances and partnerships market proposition, ideally for a business accounting software provider
  • Extensive experience of identifying, assessing, targeting and selecting alliance partners and negotiating the alliance partner commercial contract frameworks and SLAs, ideally for a business accounting software provider
  • Highly experienced in building and developing robust, long-term client relationships with the Big 4 Accounting firms and the next level down Auditors, with a strong personal network of contacts within the Accounting arena and at Partner level within the Auditors
