We are working with a leading enterprise software provider entering a period of accelerated growth, who are looking to hire an experienced COO to be responsible for driving operational excellence and transformation programs both across the company and for all customer implementations.
This a high profile and influential role reporting directly to the CEO. The COO will be responsible for leading on customer lifecycle management, including implementation and support, as well as internal business transformation activities. The role involves ensuring operational efficiency across business units are maintained as our client continues to grow through further acquisitions as part of its long term growth strategy. This individual will also be involved in high-level strategy directly with the CEO on acquisitions, including due diligence & acquisition integration.
The successful candidate will have:
- hands-on experience of technology or business transformation at a management consultancy
- worked on acquisition integrations
- ideally managed professional services or customer lifecycles at an enterprise software business
- strong gravitas to build strong collaborative relationships with the Senior Management team
