We are working with a leading UK Headquartered healthcare software provider.
Our client is looking for an experience COO to bring into the senior leadership team to be responsible for the whole operational and service delivery aspects of the business.
The COO will ensure that software implementation programmes are delivered efficiently and effectively to all customers, achieving; service delivery, staff utilisation, P&L and customer satisfaction objectives. In addition, the COO will ensure that the support organisation is capable of delivering measurable high levels of customer satisfaction through the excellence of responsiveness, expertise, and process. The COO will lead a specialist and highly competent team of c110 staff; this includes consulting, project management, training and support professionals.
- A well-rounded COO/General Manager with a proven track record in building and leading high performing enterprise software and support teams. Early career likely to have been in service delivery/operational roles. Career history demonstrates the operational management and leadership ability to keep shareholders, customers and staff happy.
- Proven experience of successful management of service delivery and support. Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management and the interaction between software product development, complex product implementation and support services.
- Experience of working in software product companies focussed on delivering business/mission-critical applications and services will be beneficial.
- Has an absolute focus on quality, combined with strong financial and commercial management experience drawn from operating in a competitive commercial environment. Will have experience of managing P&L.
