We are working with a high growth PE-backed SaaS business based in the UK, North West. The company has developed an enterprise-grade technology platform and are looking to build on their success by developing new solutions for new markets.
As such, our client is looking for a strong Customer Success Leader to execute the customer ‘function’ more efficiently, as well as transform the existing team and establishing the best practise within the team.
- Driving and delivering Customer Service strategy preferably in a B2B SaaS or Hosted environment.
- Experience in managing:
- Customer success
- Professional services
- Rapidly scaling technology teams in a fast-paced or transformational business environments – preferably team creation/growth in a fast-paced software environment.
- Experience in managing and driving significant organisational change; track record of driving process improvements and efficiency in support desk environments.
- The ideal candidate will have worked for an early stage, entrepreneurial or private equity-backed business, but could also come from a larger corporate if they exhibit the ability to drive transformation/change.
