Gillamor Stephens have been retained to search for a Sales Director, Aerospace for a high growth provider of IIoT solutions. The company is experiencing strong revenue growth and recently closed a new funding round to drive further expansion.
Whilst their solution is already used by many of the major automotive and industrial manufacturers, they have also recently won two landmark aerospace deals. This has led to the creation of this new role, in which the successful candidate will own and develop the aerospace vertical across Europe.
- Be a proven Sales Director with experience of new business sales and account management gained within the aerospace manufacturing eco-system.
- Have a solid track record in defining and selling high value and complex solutions (within software, hardware or systems).
- Be a strong deal-maker with a demonstrable track record of solving customer’s problems, deal making and closing.
- Have deep experience and insight into the trends and drivers for the international aerospace sector.
