Our client is a leading global enterprise software vendor going through a period of transformation to sell their software on a managed services basis to their clients.
They are now seeking to hire an experienced Sales Director to lead this transformation from a go-to-market perspective. The Sales Team is at the heart of the business as they are responsible for attracting new customers, as well as, retaining and growing existing customer relationships. The new Sales Director will take on a highly visible role during a period of accelerated growth for the company. They thrive on an entrepreneurial business culture to encourage accountability and empowerment; decisions are taken quickly, offering the opportunity to make a real difference.
We are looking for a:
- Sales Director proven in leading a transformation to selling managed services.
- Experience of owning and running teams of 30+
- Owning a revenue target of $50m+
- Hands on style, prepared to be a role model for the new sales approach.
