We are working with a leading enterprise software provider entering a period of accelerated growth, who are looking to hire an experienced VP Customer Support to lead the transformation of the support function.

The VP Customer Support is a high profile and influential role with a focus on leading the transformation of the Customer Support organisation. The role involves ensuring the definition and execution of an effective customer support strategy: defining and implementing best practice software support systems and processes appropriate to a wide product set and differing customer profiles; driving efficiencies and cost savings while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Leading, training and recruiting a high-quality team of support professionals.

The successful candidate will have:

  • hands-on experience of transforming a Customer Support function and implementing best practice systems and process supporting an enterprise software product set while building a highly efficient, high performing team.
  • outstanding leadership track record within Customer Support in an enterprise software business delivering ERP or business-critical solutions.
  • the ability to drive significant transformation, process improvement and efficiency in the Customer Support team, implementing rigorous structure and best practice to achieve success.
  • strong gravitas to build strong collaborative relationships with the Business Unit Director’s to provide expertise, guidance and influence on all matters relating to Customer Services as well as representing and championing customer support across the business.
