Context of the search(es)

Gillamor Stephens initially hired an experienced VP Marketing from the software arena to support the Executive Chairman to transition the company from a hardware to a systems play with an emphasis on new application software to maximize the benefits of the system.

A year later, we were then asked to hire a CEO to take the company forward and we completed a trans-Atlantic search to generate a shortlist of candidates from enterprise systems and software companies. This process resulted in Pete Malcolm, an expat serial CEO in the US, returning to the UK to lead the team.
